Seth Pearsoll is Creative Director for the Philadelphia Flower Show allows him to work with a group of amazing garden, floral, and landscape designers who participate, and Seth leads the team in charge of showcasing their collective efforts. After completing his master’s, Seth began working in Philadelphia at a number of landscape design firms, eventually finding his way to PHS.
Today, we’ll talk to Seth about the Philadelphia Flower Show, which is both the nation’s largest and the world’s longest-running horticultural event, featuring stunning displays by premier floral and landscape designers from around the globe. Started in 1829 by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, the Show introduces acres of garden displays and hosts competitions in horticulture and artistic floral arranging, gardening presentations and demonstrations, and special events.
